Quartzsite loses William Moore? Not true!
It was reported that Quartzsite videopher William "Bill" Moore, had passed away unexpectedly. This rumor is NOT true.
Moore is a valuable member of the La Paz County Search and Rescue. Many know him for filming Town Council meetings.
