Federal Court to hear testimony in Orgeron case

Judge-Silver.jpeg
Mark your calendar for Thursday, July 12, 1:30 pm at the U.S. District Court in Phoenix for an Evidentiary hearing in Orgeron v. Town of Quartzsite.

Federal Court Judge Roslyn Silver did not abstain as the town requested and the matter of Vice Mayor Barbara Cowell sitting in Mark Orgeron's Town Council seat is moving to the next step in the legal process. Jose Lizarraga had resigned prior to the last council meeting, leaving one less obstacle to Mayor -Elect Ed Foster finally taking his seat as well.

  1. The elected mayor needs to go up and take his seat.If little jeffy decides to enforce the crooked councils controll and start arresting Quartzsite citizens . It will be the shot heard around the world.I am anonymous because the existing cabal can still get jeffy to arrest you

  2. Not Desert Storm, but Desert Freedom I think it's called; the war going on now. Who was the first enlisted soldier to lose his or her life after the invasion of Iraq? Even if it was friendly fire.
