Gary Howell's memorial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 7th at 10am, at the Church of Jesus Christ-Latter Day Saints, on Riggles Rd. in Quartzsite. There will be a Summerland Farewell for friends and family, 6 pm Monday evening at Gary’s home: (645 Spring Lane, Quartzsite).
