The Whole World is Watching Quartzsite - FOX "Freedom Watch"
We The People have the right AND THE DUTY to arrest those officials breaking the law and replace them with ones that don't. We don't have to wait until an election. We don't have to wait for the Gubernor or the Attorney General to do the right thing, they obviously do not care. I know there's 10 Police Officer's that stand by the Constitution. So that's 10 Officer's willing to do the right thing, 4 that aren't, 3600 people that have a DUTY to do the right thing, 5 council members 1 town manager that aren't. We can lawfully take our town back. I'm ready, how about you?
Jennifer, I watched your interview last night on Freedom Watch, and you gave an excellent interview. I live in Florida, but I am on your side, and I support Mayor Foster's effort in fighting to clean up town hall. I actually spoke to Mayor Foster today and had a great conversation with him. He is a good man, and I appreciate what you and him have done for freedom. God bless you and Mayor Foster.
So, the officers that were against his dictation get suspended rite after this man is 'cleared' by their own investigation which they paid for? I'm sorry but does this not look a bit corrupt?! I'm proud of these officers, they've showed a strong charecter. They went against all odds and still stand strong. These officers are the only ones that care for this town, care to preotect and serve this town and not its political benefits...Stand strong QPOA there are a lot of people supporting you....
– United States Code: Title 42, Chapter 21, Subchapter I, §(section) 1983 If a law enforcement officer makes an unlawful arrest as a penalty to you not obeying an unlawful order from them you are hereby REQUIRED to bring legal charges against the arresting officer him/herself under –>> United States Code 1983 <<– You are to sue the arresting officer for violating your civil rights. If an officer makes an unlawful order that goes against police protocol or renders an immediate legal decision by a judge unobtainable because of imprisonment you have the legal obligation to SUE those officers involved. The law does not protect officers that violate protocol and violate the social contract that is our constitution. It is your patriotic duty to take these officers to civil court and make asses out of them and take their money so as to make the fools think twice before violating someone Else's rights in the future. In Novato, California, just north of San Francisco, the police chief and the city council conspired to falsely arrest me for speaking out against the council action quashing a citizen municipal initiative to require city contractors to use E-Verify. Novato is a sanctuary city, and illegal aliens are protected here. The sanctuary judge Duryee of Marin County refused to place the initiative on the ballot despite Chamber of Commerce v Whiting which upheld the Arizona E=-Verify law. Local government is out of control. The people no longer have a voice.

ReplyDeleteI have just found this stuff from following various you tube links. I have spent a few hours this morning trying to find out more about the fiasco.
ReplyDeleteMy search has been limited to mainly video accounts some of which seem partisan.
I would have thought there would be more explanatory stuff online. Maybe on Wikipedia even. But no.
Can someone give me a run-down of the events?
Something with a lot less emotion than You Tube.
For instance why was the Governor not involved or the work of the various state legal departments (isn't that what a "DA" is for?)
